Vedanta will again attempt to overturn a rulings that 1,826 farmers lands where polluted as a result of of Vedanta Via (KCM) konkola mines in which the African and uk laws said the company must face a hearing in the United Kingdom . this case represents a first in :lawful duty of care : the very first of its kind to be held against a parent company which has operations based abroad. campaigners are on vigil art the courts which is expected to have a positive decision.
