Nobody was hurt and everyone stayed calm. However there was a big argument with the driver over who was responsible. He finally admitted, that it was fault, after many hours and dash cam video. We later learned that this was the second car that he had collided with in this week. In such disputes here both parties and vehicles need to report to the police station and also pay a parking fee there. As we were about to go there he finally said ok, it was his fault. (I guess he didn't want to be paying the police parking fee for a second time this week). It was a bad week for this driver, I felt sorry for him. Hope his luck has improved since.
