Jaffa the boxer dog’s owners have the best way to cool down their pet during the heatwave currently happening in Australia.

The clip filmed January 22 in Adelaide, South Australia shows Jaffa jumping up and down trying to catch a sprinkler tied to a washing line.

The filmer said: “Our boxer dog Jaffa loves the sprinkler so we thought we would get creative by putting it over the clothesline and seeing what she does and with no surprise Jaffa loved it!”

This pet hack is a great way to keep your animals cool and active in the 40 degree Celsius heat when it’s too hot for their paws.

Great alternative to keep her active and cool in this heat as it is way too hot for her little paws. Jaffa had a blast, it kept her busy and playing for over an hour! She even watered the lawns for us. It was also great entertainment for the owners too!
