A group of friends at a Czech ski resort spotted a snowboarder using an ingenious way to climb back up the slope, in a hilarious clip from January 19.

The filmers observed the snowboarder from a ski lift adjacent to the slope, and saw him lying face-down in the snow being dragged by a cable attached to the ski lift, pulling him up the hill.

The filmer commented: "At first I thought he fell off, but then I realized that it is just his unusual style of getting to the top of the slope so I reached for my iPhone and started filming!"

Me, my girlfriend and couple of friends were having a stunning weekend skiing and snowboarding in Czech ski-field called Spindleruv Mlyn after a whole week of dumping. The weather was awesome but very cold (around -10°C), snow conditions were perfect and everyone was having a great time.
On Sunday afternoon we were sitting on the chairlift, going to have one of our last runs and suddenly I've seen a young snowboarder being dragged by the T-bar lift next to us. At first I thought he fell off, but then I realized that it is just his unusual style of getting to the top of the slope so I reached for my iPhone and stared filming! It was really funny and surprising at the same time because it is really hard to hold on to the T-bar just by your hands and he made it all the way to the top! He really must have been developing this lift-riding-trick for a long time, hahaha!
