5* Hotel Poses Possible Risk Of Injury To Disabled Guest In Alleged 'Wheelchair Accessible' Room
In August 2018, I stayed at the 5-star Casa Monica hotel in St. Augustine, FL. I was assigned to a supposedly wheelchair accessible room with an ADA-compliant bathroom. What I discovered was so bad that I couldn't bathe at all, and trying to use the toilet caused me to risk potentially serious injury.
