Car crash between lorry and car - people rushing to help
The driver of the car in front had a suspected heart attack and died behind the wheel. This caused him to hear and go head on into the oncoming lorry. The rear seat passenger was ejected from the car and as the car rolled vackwards restricted the airway to this passenger. The front seat passenger was taken care of by an oncoming cars occupants where as I helped the rear seat passenger by restricting the blood loss maintaining the airway and securing c-spine to minimise any further risk. Both passengers survived despite being airlifted to hospital
