Accident on Newmarket Road, Cambridge. Monday 25th April 21:29

The driver in front of me clearly didn't see the cyclist and immediately claimed that she did nothing wrong.

The cyclist didn't believe he did anything wrong but was still in shock so couldn't quite recall. I was in the car behind, but I only just caught a glimpse of the poor chap getting hit, so I couldn't say for sure.

Luckily, the dash cam caught the whole thing. (Please excuse the potty mouthed reaction...!)

I couldn't tell if the driver was about to drive away so I honked to get her attention, before seeing to the cyclist.

Incidentally, and fortunately too, there was an ambulance approx 20sec behind me. Some would say that this cyclist couldn't have got any luckier... he may disagree though!
