Athletes reached new heights as the renowned indoor skydiving competition The WindGames took off in Girona, Spain, with 200 participants from 80 teams competing.

The Games ran from January 31 to February 2, with competitors flying in windtunnels either in formation skydiving or freestyle, as seen in this video.

Different solo freestylists can be seen doing their routines to different music, including a pair synchronised performance by the Windoor BullDogs.

The WindGames is the name of the indoor flight competition taking place in Girona, Spain. This event is the biggest event into the world of indoor skydiving, attracting teams from around the globe. More than 200 participants in 80 teams compete in all different categories.

The event has been taking place from Thursday 31th of January to Saturday 2th of February.

All disciplines of indoor flight are divided in two main categories ;

- Formation Skydiving involves four fliers who perform movements in a horizontal position.

- Freestyle is an artistic discipline that involves a single flier or two flier team. This competition use music to performance.


Noah Wittenburg got bronze medal with her sister Kaleigh Wittenburg (14) in the team iFly Aspire (USA). She is also the winner in Solo Freestyle competition.

They started to compete very young in Abu Dhabi. They live right now in Chicago, Illinois.
