According to witnesses, The moment the fire broke out, there was a small explosion like electric shocks. After about 5 minutes, The flames quickly ignited and spread throughout the restaurant area. Customers and employees in the restaurant quickly ran out. The fire created a column of black smoke hundreds of meters high.
The fire burned down and destroyed the entire restaurant. This is a floating restaurant built on the river.
