A 20-something man belonging to a right wing Hindu group was arrested as he attempt to marry a dog to protest against Valentine’s Day celebration in Chennai, the capital of South Indian state of Tamil Nadu.

Last year, the members of the same group were detained for performing marriage rituals between a dog and a donkey on the same day.

The video shows a man emerging from a shuttered shop where he was hiding with his prospective wife -- the bitch. The police got a wind of the bizarre protest and tracked down the man to a closed shop at Korukkupet area of the town.

The man is seen resisting the arrest. He also refused to handover his ‘soon to married wife’.
