It looks like the '90s are back when this grandson shows off his new gift from his grandparents, by filming a hologram microscope, complete with illusory lenses.

The filmer received the framed picture of a 3D hologram microscope from his grandparents in the Netherlands, filming the video last Monday (February 11).

By using a lamp and a flashlight to change the way in which light is shown on the picture, the microscope can be viewed from all different sides.

By looking down the barrel of the microscope a slide can be seen of what looks like a 3D germ.

This is a video I made of a framed, holographic microscope that I got from my grandparents.

This video is meant to serve as a demonstration of a framed hologram that I own. They were apparently very popular in the 90's and I got one as a gift from my grandparents. In the video, I show what the hologram looks like from different angles, as well as what it looks like with different lighting. The general purpose of this video would be to entertain and amaze people who haven't seen anything like this before.

I posted this video on Reddit two days ago (reddit.com/r/interestingasfuck), where it quickly reached the front page and got more than 90.000 upvotes and 900+ comments.

I filmed the video today myself on February 11th 2019, around 12:00 AM in my own room. It was filmed with a Samsung phone.
