This is the struggle of high school students when going to school must hit flash floods at times or fast-flowing rivers in Inbate Village, North Central Timor District, NTT.

This condition they did because of the absence of a connecting bridge in the village.

so that they can escape and not be dragged down by the floodwaters, male students help female students cross the rushing river.

In this video, which was recorded by the camera on January 24, 2019, the students did not want to budge, they continued to bet their lives even though they were full of the risk of being dragged into the flood when they stepped or stumbled on the rocks in the river.

They went to school in drenched conditions, but they had no other choice and had to keep on attending school in their clothes.

Yakob Tusala, Students' parents hope the Indonesian government builds a pedestrian bridge so that the community and school students can use the facility.
