Video captured the moment of the Indigenous people are transporting cargo boxes with their backs in Lao Cai Province, Viet Nam.
People including many women are moving cargo boxes across the river from trucks. They moved through a wooden temporary bridge. Each carton weighs from 30kg to 50kg. On average, each person carrying more than 100kg on their back weighs more than their body weight. However, they move very quickly. Every day, they ship goods at least 10 trucks. Each truck transports about 50 tons of cargo and it takes about 30 minutes.
