The two snow leopards were trapped in Garkhone village of Batalik Sector. The snow leopards were entered in a house in Garkhone village. After that they informed the local police and wild life department. The wild life department officials were reached on spot and trapped by the net. The officials said that they are very tough to trap because the local people were also there. The officials also said that there are many snow leopards, ibex,  wold and other wild animals were entered in the residential areas due to not availability of foods in the mountains due to snow.
The wild life department officials said that the snow leopard are freed after medical checkup.

The officials also requested to the government to establish a Zoo. Due to this the revenue of the department also gain.

The incident happened on 19 February in Kargil Jammu and Kashmir India.
