This is the moment a woman claiming to be a social worker got into a bizarre, foul-mouthed argument with other passengers on board a Toronto subway train last week.

According to the filmer, the argument broke out when the unidentified woman began to verbally harass a man who was carrying a lot of his belongings in a cart onto the subway.

The video begins when another passenger stepped in to defend the man.

In the clip, which was filmed on February 25, both passengers trade expletives and insults at which point the woman claims to be a social worker.

"You're a social worker and that's how you talk to people?" the man asks.

The female passenger continues her bizarre rant, baselessly accusing the man with the cart of stealing the items and asking him to tell her how much money he makes per day.

When another passenger asks the arguing pair to tone down their insults because there are children on the train, she replies:

"Children should not be on the train - they should be in school or daycare."

The strange confrontation only comes to an end when the man with the cart does get off the train.

"Sir, you'll be OK," the woman tells him.

"Psychiatry," she adds.
