In 2009 Gemma Atkinson was assaulted by Police for filming her boyfriends search by MET police. Also in 2009 a photographer was arrested and held for 8 hours for taking festive photos in a town centre and the improper use of section 50 of the police reform act.
Now in 2019 I was Surrounded, Bullied, Intimidated, threatened with a now non-existent terrorist act and then being arrested for section 50 of the Police reform act before being forcibly handcuffed, taken away and put in a cell for several hours by Merseyside Police all because the Police didn't understand what stock footage is and because they failed to correctly identify and follow the guidelines set out by the Association of chief police officers.

There is a part 1 and part 2 but this clip and the next clip (part 4) are of the final interaction which led to my arrest for simply waiting to take some short video clips of police cars.
