This is the scary moment two bikers drag a woman behind them while trying to rob her.

The woman had gone shopping in the Janakpuri area of New Delhi when two men on a bike came from behind and tried to snatch her bag containing her purse.

Though taken by surprise, the woman refused to let go her purse.

A CCTV camera on the road captured the two bikers dragging the woman desperately holding on to her purse.

Eyewitnesses said the woman was dragged for at least 15 feet till she let go the robbers, who drove away with her purse.

The woman spoke to the media and said the purse contained Rs 20,000. “No one helped me when they dragged me, people on the road just ignored it,” she said.

Women victims of crime cannot be named under the Indian laws.
