Stunning footage shows massive chunks of sea ice washing ashore on the coast of western Newfoundland, Canada, near Daniel's Harbour.

Combining standard footage with drone footage, the clips show the ice that is believed to have moved through the Arctic Ocean and Bering Sea. Sea ice usually covers the Bering Sea throughout March, reported a recent New York Times article.

This year, the ice is moving earlier, potentially on account of warmer oceans. The footage was shot March 10.

As per a recent article [https://globalnews.ca/news/5021826/sea-ice-bering-sea-alaska/] and multiple recently published news reports, it is believed that the sea-ice has been on the move via the Arctic Ocean via Bering Sea due to effects related to Climate Change:
"Sea ice historically covers much of the Bering Sea throughout the winter with maximum coverage through March. Kotzebue Sound, a great bay northeast of the Bering Strait, already has open water, an occurrence normally seen in June."
