Rescue services were called out to a single vehicle that had left the road and crashed down a steep slope in a residential neighborhood. Upon arrival it was soon discovered that the vehicle had in fact been inside a property when it ran away and crash through a wall before careening down a slope before going over a cliff face and coming to rest against a tree.

There were two female occupants inside the vehicle at the time of the incident. both of them severely injured.

It took rescuers a little over 2 hours to extricate each of the occupants due to the difficulty of the terrain and the severity of the injuries.

Both injured females were handed over to paramedics at the top of the slope where they were loaded into ambulances and rushed off to hospital for further care.
