A horrific gas cylinder explosion was caught on camera. The incident took place in Uttar Pradesh state in north India.

According to footage captured on CCTV cameras, a bike borne couple caught on fire as a big explosion rocked the area. The couple were zooming past the road, when the incident took place. Unfortunately, the inferno spread quickly and the bike riders weren’t able to get out of the way.

However, another set of couple were lucky to escape unhurt. Upon seeing the raging fire, the second set of riders stopped the bike and quickly took shelter in a nearby spot.

Reports said the fire affected at least three people, including the bike borne couple. The blaze was caused as a cylinder exploded in a welding shop in Babina town, located in the state’s Jhansi district.

The shop owner, identified as Zakir, is the other victim. All three victims have been moved to a hospital. They are said to have sustained serious burns.

Zakir was going on with his usual welding work when the cylinder burst. The fire was doused with the help of local police. However, by the time the job was accomplished, the victims has suffered burns.
