According to Doctor, Mr. Dat said that The man came to the hospital and said that he had trouble breathing in his nose. This condition lasts about 2 months and he thinks he has rhinitis or cold. After using the endoscopic device, the doctors were surprised to see a leech in the man's nose. It is clinging to the nose and sucking the blood of the man.
Soon after, the doctor removed the leech from the man's nose. It is longer than 10cm and very strong. If it goes deep into the man's nose it will be very difficult to reach and it could endanger him.
This man lives in a high mountain area. Maybe he used spring water without boiling or eating raw vegetables. This can cause the leech to live in the man's nose.
