Car Pulls Out Without Looking
Matthew Gould one of our Mobile Patrol Officers was travelling on A35 from Dorchester to Bere Regis. He was approaching Puddletown bypass where there are public toilets and a rest area. Mini pulled out from lay-by into oncoming traffic Matt had been watching him and expected him to see his car travelling at 50mph but he had not seen the car and pulled out. He admitted full liability.
