An angry man smashed four ATM machines with a brick after he had an argument with his wife in central China.

The CCTV clip, filmed in Shangqiu City in Henan Province on March 17, shows the 35-year-old Mr Dai using a brick to violently smash the screens of four ATM machines in a self-service bank.

Dai had an argument with his wife and was furious, so he smashed four ATM machines when he walked past a self-service bank.

However, Dai became very remorseful after he calmed down and surrendered himself to the police.

He has been detained for the crime of picking quarrels and provoking trouble.
