Crows in Nova Scotia 'hold funeral' for fallen bird friend
When walking in Halifax, Nova Scotia I heard a group of crow's ahead of me. as I encountered them I realized they were in the trees and powerpoles surrounding a deceased crow. It seemed as though they were taking turns standing near the dead crow. I watched them for about 5 minutes before I filmed this short piece. After reading more about it online, i realized crows hold funerals for their dead... im sure that is what I witnessed and filmed.
