The Center for Natural Resources Conservation, or Riau BBKSDA, saves a Sumatran tiger, from the snare of hunters, in the area of Riau ecosystem restoration, in Sangar Village, Teluk Meranti District, Pelalawan District, Riau Province

When found, the tiger was in a weak condition with its left left foot entangled with a wire allegedly intentionally installed by the hunter.

The bbksda riau team admitted that they were late in getting information from the public, so that the wound on the tiger's leg had been infected with quite severe conditions.
When evacuated, the condition of the tiger did not move much after being injured by a trap.
The evacuation process begins with an anesthetic injection, which is then taken to a speedboat, to the Sumatran Tiger rehabilitation center in Dhamasraya, West Sumatra, for treatment.
