This nail-biting footage shows two urban explorers being struck by a violent hail storm while scaling a 44-storey 650ft London tower block.
The two adrenaline junkies filmed themselves risking their lives to climb the building before perilously perching on the edge "with no grip at all". Syed Bukhari, 21, and Owen Kelly, 18, scrambled up scaffolding, stairwells and scaled a lift shaft to reach the top of the building site near Liverpool Street station.
