The events started on Tuesday with news of a family death in Dublin Ireland
We booked a flight with WOW air for Wednesday 7:00 pm but there was a 30 min delay
Once we checked - several gate changes were announced and finally we were told to collect our bags due to technical difficulties, everyone was very upset and demanded more info so WOW staff advised they will get us more info at the check in counter - we all followed back to the check in counter and one of the updates was there was a operational problems and at around 10:30 we were told there the flight was cancelled and no support to any one (except a coupon for $11 per person for a snack) - everyone had to go home ( one person had a panic attack and police had to be called - see video - total chaos and we were all in trouble
We were then taken to pick our baggage and were told to make our own arrangements - and that we will receive a email with details.
