A woman was filmed screaming and shaking in a possible seizure on a local train in west India on Wednesday (March 27).

The woman was heard shouting then started spinning her head in a possible seizure, that people on-site described as if she were "possessed".

This display terrified the passengers on the train from Howrah to Bardhaman in West Bengal, who ran to check on her then watched from a distance.

A lady present in the coach said: "We suddenly heard her scream and rushed to check only to find her possessed, we stood and watched till the spirit left her body."

The woman was seen collapsing in the end and was then rushed to the hospital in the next stop at Srirampur by the other passengers, where she received medical attention.

She was later handed over to her family members, who claimed that she had not had any such episodes ever before this one.
