A man was wrestled to the ground and arrested during a Brexit march and protest outside the Houses of Parliament, London on Friday afternoon (the day Britain was supposed to leave the EU). It occurred by Westminster Bridge in the same location that a terrorist crashed his car during an attack in March 2017. It's unclear why he was arrested though a small group of people close by seemed to be arguing with the police about it. Several thousand people unhappy with MPs handling of Brexit attended the event and it was mostly peaceful. Speakers included Kate Hoey, Peter Bone, Tim Martin & Julia Hartley-Brewer on the Leave Means Leave stage and Tommy Robinson, Gerard Batten and others on the UKIP stage.
