A lorry dash-cam caught a dangerous crash on a Welsh country road after a car flipped over trying to avoid the oncoming HGV.

The footage, taken on a road near Pwllheli on March 11, shows a car roll over trying to turn away onto an embankment from the oncoming lorry and flipping over into the lorry's path.

The HGV driver braked to avoid hitting the other driver full tilt, lightly striking the flipped vehicle.

Reportedly the driver the flipped car, a young woman, "was shaken up after the incident but didn’t suffer any real injuries."

I was travelling down a minor road in Y-Ffor near Pwllheli in my drawbar truck when this happened.

It appears that the young lady driving the car panics when she sees the size of my vehicle coming towards her. She moves over to her left as much as she can but over does it causing the car to go too far up the embankment then roll over.

The young lady was shaken up after the incident but didn’t from any real injuries.
