Single wild elephant destroyed agriculture land & panic among Villagers in southern India.

In pallanki kombai is a nearby village in kodaikanal  a single wild Elephant entered in to the residential area and destroyed the Agriculture land.The villagers got feared and tensioned.
  In Dindigul district of Kodaikanal lower hill area the following villages are there 1.Pallanki 2.kombai 3.Thandikudi 4.Pachalur 5.Mangalam kombu. Agriculture is a main profession. The Agriculture land of these area frequently destroyed by Group of Wild elephants. In this situation one single wild Elephant recently destroyed the agriculture land in pallanki kombai area. People living in that  area got feared and spent with sleepless nights. In daytime also a single wild Elephant entered into residential area and threatened the peoples. People's given petition  to the  Forest officials for sending the elephant into the forest  but no action has been taken so far.
