In an altercation in Saint Petersburg on Wednesday (April 10) a driver was sprayed in the face with a liquid and retaliated by pulling a gun from his car's glove box and appearing to fire back.

A woman, presumed to be the wife of the Mercedes owner, is seen to be calling for help as the BMW driver approaches the car's rear tyre.

The Mercedes owner then returns and attempts to push the man away, failing this, he pepper sprays the angry BMW owner, who does not flinch.

Before the couple could drive away the BMW driver pulls a gun from his glove compartment and appears to fire upon the car.

According to local media reports the substance was pepper spray and the man fired a shot at the car.

The incident was caught by an onlooker from inside a nearby building.

Fortunately, there were no casualties, according to the filmer.

The drivers did not share the road and made disassembling with the use of a gas spray and firearms on Torzhkovskaya street near the business center "Paritet" in St. Petersburg.

Fortunately, there were no victims: the spouses had already managed to start the engine and leave at that time.
