Stray dogs mauled 5 years old boy, survives in Northern India.

A painful case has emerged in the Mahindra colony of Amritsar city of Punjab. Five dogs surrounded a child in a park colony. The child could understand something, even before the dog broke on it. The child tried to escape but the dogs surrounded him. The dog draged the child to the road. The child raised the noise on it. The people who listened to the noise saved the child. This whole incident is captured in CCTV cameras.

Since the incident people have angered against municipal officials. People say that the officers of the municipal corporations take negligence in catching stray dogs, due to which such incidents does not happen.
