In a free burger event in Bristol, hosted by Oowee Diner, "thousands" of people turned up in the hope that they could get their hands on the free food.

According to the filmer, Thom: "Thousands of people turned up to College Green to get a free lunch but were disappointed when delivery riders turned up on bicycles and only a few burgers each. In the end, the police had to put up stop to the campaign."

The video shows hundreds of hungry people rushing towards the riders desperately trying to get a taste of Oowee's free burgers.

"I've never seen anything like it," Thom said, as he waded through the crowds of people.

"Someone came up to me thinking there was a celebrity and everyone was mobbing them, but it's just Oowee Diner and they're giving out free burgers."
