Flooding in North Dakota continues as road turns into a 'sea'
The filmer documents water coming right up to the edge of I-29 while following a huge truck loaded with hay-bales in North Dakota on April 15. After they pass underneath an overpass the road around them is suddenly transformed into a 'sea' as it becomes inundated with flood-water.
Footage shows the road to be dry at the beginning of the film and as they go underneath a bridge the flood-water appears almost as if from nowhere. A stretch of the road is then submerged under water.
As the truck drives through the water the filmer pans to the right showing that it looks as if they are in the middle of the sea. The shocking footage documents the fact that flooding is still a major issue in the mid-west of America.
