Wild winds rip off external wall on building in northeastern China
A fierce wind blew the outer wall off a high-rise building and hit onto parked cars in a residential compound in northeastern China.
In video of the scene, shot in Heihe, Heilongjiang province on April 18, parts of the wall came off and fell down in pieces, hitting the cars parked near the building.
Police came to evacuate residents and asked car owners to move their cars away while the winds were blowing.
