Lorry with loose and missing wheel nuts.
I was travelling west bound on the M62 near Leeds, I noticed that a lorry that was overtaking me had a loose set of wheels, I managed to attract the drivers attention and got him to stop before the wheels came off altogether.
When he stopped I went and looked at the wheels, it only had 3 wheel nuts left and they were all about to fall off.
