An 18-year-old youth died and two of his friends sustained severe injuries when their car met with an accident in Outer Delhi’s Paschim Vihar on eary hour of Saturday around 5:40 AM . According to police the deceased has been identified as Himanshu and the injured have been identified as Sahib (21), and Jayant (18). “The incident occurred at JwalaHeri market junction. The injured were taken to the hospital where Himanshu was declared brought dead. During inquiry it has been revealed that the driver of the vehicle lost balance, hit a pole and the vehicle jumped onto the pavement.. The police have registered a case under Sections 279 (rash driving), 337 (causing hurt by act endangering life) and 304A (causing death by negligence) of the Indian Penal Code and further investigation is under way .
