Climate change campaigners gathered in Parliament Square are being instructed by a speaker on where to hand in their letters to MPs. The initial instruction was to deliver letters to Cromwell Green entrance of the Houses of Parliament, but was changed to 1 Parliament Street at a later stage. 'It is your democratic right to go and to hand your letter in. It shouldn't be in an envelope,' - says the speaker. 'They will direct you into a lobby. At the lobby you will say you wish to lobby your MP. You will be handed a piece of paper you will fill out. This piece of paper will be taken by somebody to your MP. It is supposed yo be within 20 minutes they will send someone in person to receive your letter. This is going to take a while. I don't suggest we all go at once...'
