Two people died & 60 person injured in bullrace in southern India.

Nearby Tirupattur 2 persons were died and 60 persons were injured in a Manju virattu. In Sivagangai District nearby Tirupattur of kandaramanickam village a temple festival of Manickanatchi amman temple celebrating in a grand manner. In the 10th day celebration of today afternoon Manjuvirattu function was held. Before the function started all the bulls were released in Kandaramanickam play ground. The bulls were hitted and thrown away the many spectators. In this incident Mr Sevukan s/o karuppaiah of Amaravathi puthur and Mr Rasu s/o Ammasi of Valayapatti were died. More than 60 persons were injured. They were sent to the Tirupattur Government Hospital for treatment. Two injured persons were sent to the Madurai Government hospital for further treatment. The dead bodies of two persons were sent to Tirupattur government hospital for autopsy. Thirukostiyur Police investigating the matter. It was important to state that the Bulls were released from the Tholu after 4 oclock only.
