Extremely dangerous bike riding by speed demon Thai teenagers
This is a shocking video of Thai youngsters living very dangerously on their motorbikes.
We came across these bikers on a busy highway near Nakon Sawan province. They rode their small but powerful motorbikes at more than 100 kmph speed while almost prostrating on the seats, their bodies nearly parallel to the ground. Almost all were without any kind of protective gear.
Noppakao Sankew, our Thai friend, said these gangs are locally called ‘Dek Wan’. While they aren’t gangsters, their penchant for racing on modified bikes especially during night times, and drug use by some of them, do put them outside the regular Thai society.
