The 4th June Museum reopens in Mong Kok Hong Kong. Commerating the Tiananmen Square student protests of June 1989, the museum had been closed for 2 years as a result of constant harassment and protests.
The reopening is in time for the 30th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square incident but it too has been already targeted by protests and vandals.
The hope of the organizers is that people become informed of the facts surrounding the events as China blocks information and acts as though it never happened.
