Is it a turtle? Is it a snake? This strange reptile is a Siebenrock's snake-necked turtle, a unique aquatic predator with a strange appearance.

The bizarre creature was filmed in Wuppertal, Germany in this video from April 24, snaking its long neck around its tank, which it uses to lunge forward when prey is close. The turtle opens its mouth and throat to create a vacuum and suck in its dinner.
