The Banksy corner of Marble Arch is already attracting numerous visitors with cameras since the graffiti work, that is believed to be Bansky, sprung up next to the Extinction Rebellion camp on the final night of their London occupation. The image shows a child clutching an XR sign while crouching near a plant, accompanied by a quote from Raoul Vaneigem's 'The Revolution of Everyday Life', 1967: ‘From this moment despair ends and tactics begin’. The actual book by Belgian author goes on to say: 'Despair is the infantile disorder of the revolutionaries of everyday life.' A protective plastic sheet covers the mural from damage. A yellow sheet of paper with a smiley can be seen next to graffiti. It refers you to Whistleblower Protection Twitter account @lulinspector and a YouTube video, speculating on what Extinction Rebellion really are - with a conclusion that well meaning activists were used by big corporations, dealing with apps, 5G and Smart Meters technologies among them.
