Powerful winds from Cyclone Fani blew off roofs and shattered windows in Bhubaneswar, Odisha earlier today (May 3).

Footage shows a hostel window glass breaking and a roof being blown off a building.

Several parked cars can be seen swaying as strong winds rip through the streets further in the video.

At least two people were killed by falling trees in the India state of Odisha, agencies reported.

More than one million people have been evacuated to shelters along the coast.

Fani is currently moving north-northeast and is expected to weaken before approaching Bangladesh.

This is the shocking moment severe strong wind blew off a car in eastern India.

The incident was captured on camera on May 3 in Odisha state.

The state is presently witnessing its worst cyclonic storm in decades after Cyclone Fani made landfall earlier in the day.

Visuals showed the several parked cars swaying as strong winds ripped through the state, situated along India's eastern coast.

Meanwhile, the severe storm has already killed three people while at least a million people have been evacuated to safety.
