Dramatic footage has emerged from China of a driver without licence crashing his minibus into a bank injuring three.

The CCTV video, filmed in Yulin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on May 12, 2014, shows a minibus suddenly speeding into a man picking up his scooter in front of a bank and then dragging him into the lobby.

Two other customers in the lobby were knocked down by the out-of-control vehicle.

Then, four young men get out of the minibus to leave.

According to local news, the 19-year-old driver named Hong didn't have a driving licence.

He pressed the accelerator by mistake when he tried to brake his minibus in front of the bank.

Hong was arrested by police.
