Watch the scary moment elephant charges towards tourist vehicle in northern India
This is the scary moment an elephant charges at a tourist vehicle in northern India.
The incident took place on Apr 10 at the Rajaji National Park in Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand state.
Visuals captured by one of the tourists showed the female pachyderm charging at the vehicle, however, the alert driver averted any untoward incident by driving away before the giant mammal could reach the car and inflict any damage.
One of the tourist was also heard telling the driver to speed up the car as the elephant came perilously close to the group.
A similar incident had taken place in April, when an angry elephant gave chase.
Fortunately, in both cases, no person was harmed.
