Spooky moment 'ghost woman' spotted wandering on road in China
A female "ghost" was spotted walking along a road in southern China, prompting an investigation and .
Footage of the figure, shot in Fangchenggang, Guangxi province on April 25, showed a female "ghost" wearing all red or white outfits, walking along the road near a reservoir at midnight.
The villagers near the road were frightened by this spectre and went to the haunted road to seize the "ghost", according to local reports. Police were also called to the scene.
The "ghost" was eventually unmasked as a mentally ill woman who was taking walks at night in various white or red garments, that seemed ghostly when lit up by night.
