A driver fleeing police smashed his way through a local business' fence in Hesperia, California.

The multiple camera angles show the driver smashing through the fences on April 26 at speed and then exiting onto the highway.

Tyler, who caught this footage, told Newsflare: "The initial reaction was 'wow just what we needed,' as we had had a very stressful and long week with different problems left and right. I almost wasn’t surprised something like this happened, it was the cherry on one horrible banana split.

"He ended up crashing into a large boulder in front of our other business, an antique shop two doors down. The police caught him and he ended up being uninsured."

The guy was fleeing from police, as he was under the impression that he had warrants for his arrest. He had heard somewhere that police couldn’t legally cross railroad tracks, so his goal was to run across the tracks across the street from our business. He ended up crashing into a large boulder in front of our other business, an antique shop 2 doors down. The police caught him and he ended up being uninsured.

We’re in the process of working with our insurance company to have the fence repaired, but as of right now they just put a temporary barrier up until then.
