An unusual bond has developed between an adult cat and a puppy in central India.

Local resident Sunderlal Pawar, who already had a cat, Chini and its kitten Mini, decided to bring a new companion home: a puppy called Tommy.

As soon as Tommy arrived, the mother cat Chini adopted Tommy as its own.

Footage shows the cat feeding the puppy near their home in Betul city, Madhya Pradesh state.

''Since it is very rare to see a cat feeding a puppy I have neighbours and friends coming to my home to witness this rare sighting,'' Pawar said.

In Betul city of Madhya Pradesh a very unique relationship is developed between a mother cat and a small puppy. Betul resident Sunderlal Pawar brought a small puppy to his home, he already had a cat and kitten with him in his house, mother cat name is Chini and kitten name is Mini. Everyone in family started calling that little puppy as Tommy. According to Sunderlal Tommy and Chini very soon made a strong bonding .Chini started taking care of Tommy like a mother, they all started playing together, eating together and even Chini feeds Tommy at some moments. This is very strange to see that a cat is feeding a puppy. Neighbours and friends come to see this rare picture at my home.
